Pictures Added

I’ve added a section for pictures. If you click on the “History” link in the sidebar to the right, you should see a new entry entitled “Photos”, with subheadings there for different years. Currently there is a VBS photo from 1946, several from 2003, 2005 and VBS and homecoming photos from 2004. I’d like to add more as we find them. I should also mention there are several photos of the Church buildings past and present on the “Photos” page.

Homecoming August 7th

August 7th will be Homecoming Sunday at Pleasant Grove. This year marks 125 years since Pleasant Grove was organized. There will be a special Worship Service at 10AM. The Sunday School hour (11 AM) will have an abbreviated Sunday School lesson and several special hymn selections. Afterwards, there will be a covered dish lunch in the Fellowship Hall.

Welcome to the new web site for Pleasant Grove Union Church. The layout is mostly set at this point. I have a lot of details yet to fill in though on some of the main pages and of course, check back for news and announcements.
